• All graphics on this site are available for you to use on your own non-profit, non-commercial, and personal web pages and graphic design work, this means if you in any way make a profit from your page or your work, then you do not have permission to use my graphics. If you in any way make a profit from your page or your work or you sell your work, you must first obtain the license before you use my graphics. If you are an individual or company creating web sites for a fee or incorporating any of my work into yours , be it for personal or commercial use you may not use my graphics without obtaining the license for each graphic you consider using. This means if you present a web site (or any print media) to a client with one of my graphics displayed and you later do not use my graphic, you are still required to obtain the license for the graphic you considered using. • My graphics are not to be added to any collection without my prior permission. Nor are you permitted to use them in any type of company or business logo without purchasing a license for the graphic(s) you used.
• I retain full copyright of all my graphics and designs, and you are not permitted to redistribute any of the graphics you find on this site. This means you can't sell or give them away. This includes via e-mail, newsgroups, website collections, or print media in any form.
• You are not permitted to alter any of the graphics you find on this site, I have them available here for you as linkware, this does not mean they are public domain or free, they belong to me, I give you permission to use them as they are if you supply me with a link and abide by these terms.
• Don't pass them off as your own! Like it or not that's illegal. All new graphics have been digitally watermarked.
• These are linkware graphics. That means in return for me allowing you to use these graphics on your web site for free, you supply to me a link back on each page you use my graphics.
